The monthly fee for maintenance services is 450 AMD for each square meter of the purchased apartment. It includes

On the -2nd floor of the complex is a winery built in accordance with international standards. Each resident is provided with an individual storage area for a wine cellar.
Winery also has comfortable lounge zone.
The high-quality security system includes video-surveillance cameras, data collecting motion sensors and magnetic cards for entering the building.
Each residential entrance is secured with individual security systems and is completely separated from the rest of the entrances.
The floors -1,-2 and -3 are designed as underground parking area. Parking is heated. There are established automatic system of fire safety and smoke output, a constant supply of clean air in the parking. The price for the slots is calculated in accordance to the price of each square meter of the purchased apartment. The slots can be provided for rent.
Centralized system of ventilation, with fresh air supply from outside through a sensor indicator,which provides a possibility of adjustment of individual temperature in each room of each apartment.
The complex provides centralized heating system. The building’s infrastructure allows the customers to choose their preferred type of heating (traditional, Fan Coil unit).
Тhe building has two big enameled water reservoirs and an automatic water pump, which ensures uninterrupted water supply of the complex, even in case of water interruption up to 3 months
Building’s energy supply is made by transformation substations of 2×1600 kW 6/04 kW charge. Permanent energy supply is maintained by two high-voltage separate cables of 6 kW charge and 2×150 (mm). There are high-voltage substation contains «KCO-298» vacuum switcher and automatic shifter (ABP) for the emergency power supply systems. There are contains seven separate electronic shields of «Schneider» and «Legrand» firms with automatic switchers and shifters (ABP) for energy supply to equipment in case of emergency in the building. Each shield has additional emergency cables with automatic switcher of “Legrand” firm. The internal energy system of the building is made from «LIBAN» copper cables.
The external walls /thickness 80cm/ of the complex are built with the perfect sound-thermal insulation standards. Тhe thickness of walls between apartments is 90cm.
The aluminium profiles on doors and windows are produced by German Technoform Bautec company. The width of the profiles is 34 mm, thickness - 74 mm ,the thickness of the gate - 84 mm.
The three -layer windows are filled with argon gas: one of the glass layers is covered with IR layer which reflects the sun rays in summers and retains the heat in winters. The windows’ accessories (handles, locks and hinges) are provided by Italian company Giesse GSE International SPA
The building is equipped with centralized vacuum cleaner: avoiding the potential problems caused by the presence of individual vacuum cleaners.
The expenses of utility services are individual, depending on the usage and calculated by the electronic counters installed in each apartment.
The building is equipped with fiber-optic cables of Rostelecom and Ucom that provide Internet services and telecommunications.
